Well I have had a bread machine for about a week now. But we have been sick and I am just trying it out. I made a french loaf and it turned out very good. Our son had to get up to see what the noise was and I told him he could watch the bread being kneaded. So he pulled up a chair and I had to snap a photo, thought that was just to cute. This is my first time using a bread machine, but I have made bread totally by hand. That bread did not turn out as good as I thought it might. It was chewy and hard crusted. That was not to my liking, I had found that reciepe in Mother Earth News and they said the bread was made alot during the depression. Well I am so glad things have improved :-)) Although some may like that kind of bread, I prefer the one I just made today!
I am a stay at home mom. Married to a wonderful guy who is so good to me :-) He is my best friend. We have 13 acres and have alot of animals that we raise as well as take care of our children. We stay busy with it all too. We like to travel, go camping, flea markets, love taking pictures of my family having fun and enjoying life :-) God is very good :-) Take care everyone and be blessed :-)
